Why is some of my contact/family information crossed out or blurred?

The free version is a fully functional draft that places a light preview line over sensitive details (Mobile Number, Annual Income, Occupation, Education, Address, and all user-added Custom Fields). To download a pristine, watermark-free HD PDF with all details fully visible, you can upgrade to Premium for a one-time charge of ₹49.

How do I download my paid biodata on my computer after paying on my phone?

When you complete your payment, a unique 10-character re-download code (e.g., MT-K6QQ-N5DN) is printed on your receipt screen. Go to our Pricing page on your computer, enter your code into the "Paid earlier on another device?" section, and your premium access will instantly transfer to that device.

I paid ₹49 but didn't receive a file or a recovery code. What should I do?

Sometimes a network hiccup interrupts the download. If your payment went through, your device's ID is registered. Simply open the editor on the same device and click "Download" - the app will automatically recognize your payment. If you are on a different device and don't have the code, please email us with your Payment ID and we will retrieve your code.

How long is my premium purchase valid for?

Each ₹49 premium purchase includes a 15-day editing and download pass with up to 50 clean PDF or image downloads. This gives you plenty of time to fix typos or try different layouts. After 15 days or 50 downloads, the entitlement naturally expires.

Your Privacy

Your biodata never leaves your browser: we do not store its names, family details or photos. Published invitations are stored so guests can open them, and are deleted after they expire. Details in our Privacy Policy.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SUPPORT CRITERIA:Biodata purchases are not linked to your name or email, so our support team cannot look them up that way. If you are reaching out about a payment or download issue, you must provide your Payment ID, Order ID, or Re-download Code so we can locate your transaction facts in our system.
