Delivery Policy

• Clean biodata PDF (₹49): the watermark-free PDF of the biodata you created, downloaded in your browser.
• Digital invitation (₹199): your invitation published at a private link you can share with guests, hosted for one year with RSVPs.

No physical goods are shipped. There are no shipping charges and we never need a delivery address.

Delivery is instant once the payment gateway confirms your payment: the clean PDF downloads straight away, and the invitation link appears on screen with your receipt.

Some UPI and netbanking payments take a few minutes for the bank to confirm. Delivery then happens automatically as soon as the confirmation arrives, usually within minutes and at most within about 15 minutes. Please do not pay again while it is confirming.

• Biodata PDF: download it again from the same browser, or anywhere with the re-download code printed on your receipt, for 15 days and up to 50 times.
• Invitation: the link keeps working for one year. Sign in with the same account to edit it at any time without paying again.

If money left your account but nothing was delivered within 30 minutes, contact us within 7 days with your order id, payment id or re-download code. We will first deliver what you paid for; if we cannot, we refund you in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
